Yeehaw! Libs Won't Like This One!

Orville Peck, that masked marvel of country music, spilled the beans at Austin City Limits Music Festival, "So not only did Willie Nelson wanna do a song with lil' ol' me, he wanted to sing about gay cowboys!" You heard it right, folks!

He plugged his recent duets album "Stampede" and the one-and-only Austin legend, Willie. Then he dedicated "Cowboys Are Secretly Fond of Each Other" to "all the little, gay Texan cowboys and cowgirls." Willie, at 91, was there in spirit, probably chuckling at the libs squirming.

"He almost sounds like Johnny Cash. He’s got it down," a shirtless fella remarked between Honda stage tunes. He's right, Peck's got a golden baritone that'll make you forget all about those lefty loons.

"What’s a boy to do? Hit the road with a dollar or two? Haunted by what he knows he can’t do?" he crooned in "No Glory In the West." No woke nonsense here, just pure, heartfelt country.

Now, hold onto your hats, snowflakes. Peck's openly gay, a Dior model from South Africa, and wears a Lone Ranger-style mask. He's not afraid to talk about canceling a tour due to depression, either. "If at any point you feel like crying, you have to cry," he told the crowd.

Dressed in a red-and-yellow, sparkly vest, backed by five seriously talented musicians, he sang, "Maybe you’ll learn to live with what’s inside your head." Trust me, that one'll get even the toughest hombre a little misty-eyed.
